A simple framework for trading failed liquidity
One of the concepts I come back to over and over is that every execution has two participants.
When a large limit offer is completely filled, someone had to aggressively buy all of that liquidity. If price can’t hold above that area and begins trading below it, those buyers are now trapped.
That’s the foundation of what I call the Trapped Traders Strategy.
